I like to wrap up in an Ltd #artcarf by Schimjolie as some of you might have noticed 😀
But as it happens I also like to make eatable wraps from scratch and here is my recipe:
Spelt Flour – Olive oil from Oliviers&CO – Pinch of Salt – Baking Powder – Milk
I don’t like to make too much fuss about measuring so I just take the flour (important to save some for the pressing out part) and add some salt, baking powder and olive oil. Then I add milk until the dough is firm and sticky!
Here you can take a break …that’s what I do! I put the dough into a plastic bag and store it in the refrigerator until I want to continue 😀
In my case it is the next day…
Or you can just leave it in the bowl put some cling film over and wait 20 minutes:D
